No. I'm Allowed is a book and a practice, not a treatment. It is not a substitute for a therapist, doctor, or the humans around you. Please seek qualified support when you need it.
How long does shipping take?+
Most orders ship within 3 business days. Domestic orders arrive in 3–7 days; international in 7–21 days depending on your country.
Do you offer returns?+
Yes. Unused items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Books and decks must be unopened.
What is membership?+
The quiet room is a monthly membership with a weekly permission, monthly readings, and a members-only journal archive. Cancel anytime, no explanation required.
