About
Built slowly. For the long walk home.
I'm Allowed began as a note-to-self, taped inside a cupboard. It grew into a book, a practice, and a small studio making things by hand.
We believe healing is not a project to complete. It is a room you keep coming back to — sometimes to rest, sometimes to weep, sometimes only to open the window.
Everything we make is designed to be a quiet companion for that room. A book to open. A card to carry. A candle for the long evenings. A shirt that reminds you, before you look in the mirror, that you are allowed to be here as you are.
We make no medical claims. We are not a substitute for therapy, for a doctor, for the community around you. We are the thing you might read alongside them — the small yes that keeps you company between appointments.
